Consolidating

So I NEVER write on this blog because... well I just don't have time to keep up on all the blogs I write on. So I have decided to consolidate a bit. I am going to go down to just 2 blogs instead of having 4. I loved the concept I had for this blog, so I am now going to include it more in my personal blog. Music is such a big part of who I am and I could not survive in this life without music.

I was on facebook today, and saw this video shared. It's Dierks Bentley singing a cover of Adele's "Set Fire to the Rain" which is a song I really like actually. I really love Dierks version though. It's got more bluegrass in it. I really like his take.

Remind Me - Brad Paisley w/Carrie Underwood

From the very first time I heard this song I knew that it would impact me. This song is called "Remind Me" by Brad Paisley with Carrie Underwood (by the way I think they sound so wonderful together and hope they continue to do collaborations together). I think it describes a lot of relationships.

New found love

So in the past Keith Urban was the one artist I loved more than anything. Well, Keith has been replaced by Brad Paisley. His songs just hit me to the core, and sometimes really hit home. Mine and Jared's song is "Then" from his last album, not to mention all the countless others that he sings that just mean a lot to the two of us. I recently got his new album, and love every single song.

A Night of Music Awaits...

The night has finally come! Jared and I are going to a Brad Paisley concert tonight. He is here with so many great artists, I'm stoked! He is here with Darius Rucker and Justin Moore. Then there is The Water World Plaza Stage with Easton Corbin (the man sounds like George Strait but is like 20 years younger, I love him), Steel Magnolia and Josh Thompson.

It's gonna be an amazing night. SO EXCITED! Plus I get to go with my fiance!
